The practical details behind plans, uploads, and retention.

What counts toward my token quota?

Your quota includes prompt tokens and completion tokens reported by the model. Both FREE and PRO quotas cover a 30-day billing period.

What happens when I reach the quota?

New chat requests are rejected until the next billing period begins or you upgrade to PRO.

Does PRO renew automatically?

No. The MVP uses a one-off YooKassa payment for each 30-day period. Automatic renewal with a saved payment method is post-MVP.

What happens to my conversations and files?

Conversations and messages remain until you delete them. Attachments and generated files are purged after 30 days, leaving a file-expired marker in the message.

Are team plans available?

Not in the MVP. RedShell currently offers FREE and PRO plans for individual security professionals.
